JIGS AND FIXTURES:

We fabricate jigs and fixtures according to customer’s requirement. Also our Engineering Team will interact with our customers during the concept design of Jigs and Fixtures and Tooling before finalizing the manufacturing process.

AEROSPACE COMPONENTS:

We are listed in vendor list of Indian Space Research Organization, LPSC, BrahMos, HLL Lifecare Ltd since 2006. Since then we are working closely with them to develop Aerospace Components. We are proud to inform that we are working with Central Defence Industries like DRDO, NPOL, Etc.

MOULDS

Injection Mould: For precision engineering components with higher quantity, will go for Injection Mould. Mainly there are 2 types of Injection Moulds.

1) Hand Injection Mould
2) Automatic Injection Mould

We make both Hand Injection and Automatic Injection Moulds depending upon customer’s requirement, the quality and the quantity of the product. Normally for small quantity and less accurate components we will go for Hand Injection Mould.

Blow Mould: We manufacture all types of Blow Moulds starting from 20ml PET/HDPE to 20 liter Bottles/Jars.
Rubber Mould: We do design and manufacture very thin section and precise rubber moulds for VSSC and other customers.
Water jar and Dispenser: We do Blow Moulding of 20 liter PET Jars and 10 liter PET Dispensers, etc..

PRESS TOOLS:

We manufacture all types of Press-Tools, Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Progressive Tools, etc. to suit customer’s requirement. If the quantity is less, we will make single stage tooling with quality to reduce cost of tool. Progressive tool is manufactured while the quantity of component is high where the finish product will get from a single Tool with multiple stages of operation.
